The invention provides a preparation method of an aerogel heat insulation felt, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding reinforced fibers into a silane coupling agent solution, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, taking out, rinsing, carrying out heat treatment at 100-120 DEG C for 1-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature to obtain pretreated reinforced fibers for later use; s2, drying insoluble and infusible polydimethylsilane, then heating the dried insoluble and infusible polydimethylsilane to 400-450 DEG C under the protection of nitrogen, and carrying out a thermal decomposition rearrangement reaction to obtain liquid polycarbosilane for later use; s3, uniformly mixing an opacifying agent with the pretreated reinforced fibers obtained in the step S1, putting the mixture into a mold, pouring the liquid polycarbosilane obtained in the step S2 into the mold, adding acetylacetone and zirconium acetylacetonate into the liquid polycarbosilane, sealing the mold, introducing nitrogen for emptying, meanwhile, pre-adding 50 KPa pressure, heating to the supercritical point of the polycarbosilane, preserving heat for 1-2 hours, and removing carbon at high temperature, taking out, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the aerogel heat insulation felt. 本发明提供一种气凝胶绝热毡的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1.将增强纤维加入硅烷偶联剂溶液中,搅拌0.5~2h后取出漂洗,100~120℃下热处理1~5h,冷却至室温后得到预处理增强纤维备用;S2.将不溶不熔的聚二甲基硅烷烘干,然后在氮气保护下加热至400~450℃进行热分解重排反应,得到液态聚碳硅烷备用;S3.将遮光剂与步骤S1得到的预处理增强纤维混匀并放入模具中,将步骤S2得到的液态聚碳硅烷倒入模具中,将乙酰丙酮、乙酰丙酮锆加入液态聚碳硅烷,将模具密封后通入氮气排空,同时预加50KPa压力,升温至聚碳硅烷的超临界点后保温1~2h,高温除碳后取出,冷却至室温后得到气凝胶绝热毡。本发明操作简单,成本较低,且制得的气凝胶绝热毡具有较好的保温性能。
