The invention discloses a preparation system of an aerogel heat insulation felt, a preparation method of the aerogel heat insulation felt and the aerogel heat insulation felt. The preparation system comprises a vacuumizing device, a precursor supply device and a flexible sealing container. The vacuumizing device is used for providing negative pressure, and the numerical value of the negative pressure is adjustable. The precursor supply device is used for providing a sol precursor; the flexible sealing container is used for sol vacuum infusion of the fiber felt and provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end is communicated with the precursor supply device, the second end is communicated with the vacuumizing device, and the thickness of the containing space in the flexible sealing container can be adjusted according to the numerical value of negative pressure. Therefore, the thickness of the fiber felt accommodated in the accommodating space can be adjusted. According to the preparation system of the aerogel heat insulation felt, the thickness of the fiber felt can be adjusted, and the aerogel heat insulation felt which has the required thickness, is good in uniformity and low in load and can achieve the good heat insulation performance can be manufactured.
