The invention relates to the technical field of defective concrete reinforcement, and discloses a replacement device for a diseased concrete column. The replacement device comprises a column wrapping type column cap assembly and a supporting device, the column wrapping type column cap assembly comprises an upper column wrapping type column cap and a lower column wrapping type column cap which are arranged on the diseased concrete column, the upper column wrapping type column cap is used for being arranged above a disease part, and the lower column wrapping type column cap is used for being arranged below the disease part; and the top end and the bottom end of the supporting device are connected with the upper column wrapping type column cap and the lower column wrapping type column cap respectively. In order to achieve the same purpose, the invention further provides a replacement method for the diseased concrete column. The invention provides the replacement device and the replacement method for the diseased concrete column, and aims to achieve the purposes of performing concrete replacement on the diseased column at a time, and being high in integrity, convenient to repair the original sample and convenient to construct.
