Anti-crack recycled concrete as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses anti-crack recycled concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-crack recycled concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, water, a water reducing agent, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, a filler, graphene modified basalt fibers and polystyrene microspheres, wherein the fine aggregate comprises sand and recycled fine aggregate; and the coarse aggregate comprises fine stone and recycled coarse aggregate. A preparation process of the graphene modified basalt fibers comprises the following steps: mixing basalt fibers, graphene, liquid paraffin and a silane coupling agent, performing melt extrusion and granulation, and then performing cooling, blow-drying and pelletizing to obtain the graphene modified basalt fibers. The particle sizes of the polystyrene microspheres are in a range of 180-220 nm. The anti-crack recycled concrete disclosed by the invention has relatively good anti-crack and anti-compression properties.
