The invention discloses a U-shaped clamp for installing a light partition wall. The U-shaped clamp comprises a buckle and a plurality of limiting nails arranged on the back of the buckle; the buckle is of a U-shaped structure; and when the light partition wall is installed, the light partition wall is clamped in a U-shaped groove body of the buckle, and the limiting nail is located in a formwork cavity of a constructional column to be poured. Due to post-pouring of the constructional column, concrete and the limiting nails are connected more tightly in the forming process, and the overall safety is enhanced. Meanwhile, the whole light partition wall mounting process does not need to wait for the strength of the constructional columns to reach a fixed value, and the construction period is effectively shortened.
