The invention discloses a viscosity reduction type concrete super plasticizer as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The viscosity reduction type concrete super plasticizer is prepared by free radical polymerization reaction of an unsaturated small monomer a, a carboxylic acid monomer b and an unsaturated large monomer c in an aqueous solution, wherein the molar ratio of the monomer a to the monomer b to the monomer c is (0.2-2): (3-12): 1; the unsaturated small monomer a is a monomer containing a rigid group, and the unsaturated monomer c is a monomer with a novel comb-shaped structure. The superplasticizer provided by the invention can reduce the viscosity of concrete, especially the viscosity of high-strength/ultrahigh-strength concrete; a novel polymer side chain with a comb-shaped structure is introduced into the polymer, so that the molecular size of the polymer can be remarkably increased, the steric hindrance effect of the polymer is more prominent, the dispersing capacity is good, the thickness of a water film layer on the surface of cement can be increased, and the viscosity of concrete is reduced.
本发明公开了一种降粘型混凝土超塑化剂、其制备方法及应用。本发明所述降粘型混凝土超塑化剂由不饱和小单体a、羧酸单体b、不饱和大单体c在水溶液中进行自由基聚合反应制得,所述单体a:单体b:单体c的摩尔比为0.2~2:3~12:1;所述不饱和小单体a为含刚性基团的单体,不饱和单体c为具有新型梳型结构的单体。本发明所述超塑化剂能够降低混凝土的粘度,尤其是高强/超高强混凝土的粘度;本发明聚合物中引入新型梳型结构的聚合物侧链,能够显著增加聚合物的分子尺寸,使其空间位阻效应更加突出,既能有良好的分散能力,又能增加其在水泥表面的水膜层厚度,降低混凝土的粘度。
