The concrete super plasticizer is obtained by copolycondensation of a monomer A, a monomer B, a monomer C and a monomer D, the monomer A is a monomer simultaneously containing phenyl and phosphoric acid/phosphorous acid groups, the monomer B is a phenyl-containing branched structure monomer, the monomer C is a monomer containing an aromatic ring and any one of hydroxyl, amino, carboxyl and sulfonic acid groups, and the monomer D is an aldehyde monomer. The superplasticizer prepared by the invention has good water reducing capacity, low sensitivity to cement and gravel materials and strong anti-clay capacity, and can meet the performance requirements of various types of concrete.
本发明公开了一种高适应性混凝土超塑化剂、其制备方法及其应用。本发明所述混凝土超塑化剂是由单体A、单体B、单体C和和单体D共缩聚得到;所述单体A为同时含有苯基和磷酸/亚磷酸基团的单体,所述单体B为含苯基的支化结构单体,所述单体C为含有芳环和羟基、氨基、羧基、磺酸四种基团中任意一种的单体,所述单体D为醛类单体。本发明制备成的超塑化剂具有良好的减水能力,对水泥和砂石材料敏感性低,抗粘土能力强,能够满足多种混凝土的性能需求。
