The invention discloses a high-adaptability concrete super plasticizer as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The concrete super plasticizer is formed by co-polymerizing an unsaturated polyether macromonomer d and three polymerizable small monomers, namely a carboxylic acid monomer a, a phosphorus-containing monomer b and a nitrogen-containing monomer c, in an aqueous solution, wherein the molar ratio of the carboxylic acid monomer a to the phosphorus-containing monomer b to the nitrogen-containing monomer c to the unsaturated polyether macromonomer d is (2-10): (0.5-2): (0.5-2): 1; and the weight-average molecular weight of the concrete super plasticizer is 15000 to 70000 Da. The superplasticizer prepared by the invention has good water reducing capacity, excellent clay resistance and good adaptability to cement, and can meet the requirements of various types of cement or the performance of concrete with high clay content.
