本发明公开一种利用含CO2尾气风淬预处理钢渣的装置及方法,包括钢渣槽和风淬器,钢渣槽为方形槽,钢渣槽的内部中部设置有格栅板,格栅板倾斜设置,钢渣槽远离风淬器的侧壁中部固定连接有废渣室,钢渣槽的底端出料口固定连接有输送管,本发明的有益效果包括:此制作方法所得100℃左右钢渣游离氧化钙含量低,具有很好的稳定性,可以很好的实现钢渣高效预处理,大大提高其后续资源化利用率,旋风分离器风管出口高温烟气从烟气口排出后,去余热发电进行余热回收,提高热能利用率,通过在钢渣槽底部安装加热器,加热器加热温度大于钢渣熔融温度,必要时能加热钢渣槽,保证钢渣为液态。
