The method is realized by the following steps: mixing sodium p-styrenesulfonate and methacrylic acid, then adding N-(beta-aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxy silane, adding 1, 4-naphthoquinone, slowly dropwise adding proline-concentrated sulfuric acid, reacting for later use after the reaction is finished, so as to obtain a monomer A; adopting acrylic acid, methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether and deionized water to form a base solution; adding an initiator into deionized water to form a solution A; then mixing and reacting, after the reaction is finished, adding polyethylene glycol, and continuously keeping the temperature and stirring for 30 minutes. In the preparation process, firstly, the monomers are subjected to functional modification, then the monomers, polyether macromolecules and polypropylene are subjected to a copolymerization reaction, the doping amount of the prepared product can be reduced, but high water-reducing rate and beneficial slump retaining performance can be obtained.
本发明属于混凝土添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种综合保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法。该方法通过以下步骤实现:将苯乙烯磺酸钠及甲基丙烯酸混合,然后加入N‑(β‑氨乙基)‑γ‑氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,加入1,4‑萘醌,缓慢的滴加脯氨酸‑浓硫酸,进行反应,反应结束后,备用,得单体A;将丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚及去离子水,形成底液;将引发剂加入去离子水,形成溶液A;然后混合反应,反应结束后,加入聚乙二醇,继续保温搅拌30min即可。本发明在制备过程中,首先将单体进行功能化修饰,然后将其同聚醚大分子及聚丙烯进行共聚反应,制备得到的产物能够减少掺加量,但能获得高的减水率及有益的保坍性能。
