The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of polycarboxylate superplasticizers, in particular to a slump-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer based on release rate control and a preparation method thereof.The slump-retaining polycarboxylate superplasticizer is prepared from, by weight, 370-420 parts of ether monomers, 18-22 parts of acrylic acid, 20-60 parts of urgent-release ester monomers, 20-60 parts of slow-release ester monomers, 3-6 parts of chain transfer agent, 1-3 parts of oxidizing agent, 0.5-1 part of reducing agent and 470-520 parts of water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing the polycarboxylate superplasticizer by a free radical polymerization method; the release time and the release amount of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer are controlled by changing the proportion of the acrylic acid, the urgent-release ester monomer and the slow-release ester monomer. The slump-retaining type polycarboxylate superplasticizer based on release rate control has obvious time correlation, can be released at proper time according to actual engineering requirements, reduces premature release loss of the superplasticizer caused by factors such as transportation time, improves long-time acting effect of the superplasticizer, and has a good application prospect. The good effect of specifically reducing the working performance loss of the concrete is achieved.
本发明涉及聚羧酸减水剂的制备技术领域,具体是一种基于释放速率控制的保坍型聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,原料成分及重量份数为:醚类单体370~420份,丙烯酸18~22份,急释酯类单体20~60份,缓释酯类单体20~60份,链转移剂3~6份,氧化剂1~3份,还原剂0.5~1份,水470~520份;制备方法是以自由基聚合法合成聚羧酸减水剂;通过改变丙烯酸、急释酯类单体、缓释酯类单体的比例以控制聚羧酸减水剂释放时间及释放量。本发明的基于释放速率控制的保坍型聚羧酸减水剂具有明显的时间相关性,可根据实际工程需要在适宜的时间释放,减少由于运输时间等因素导致的减水剂过早释放损失,提高减水剂的长时间作用效果,实现针对性减少混凝土工作性能损失的良好效果。
