The invention discloses regenerated micro powder concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, material selection: water, cement, sand, stone, a water reducing agent, silica fume and regenerated micro powder are included, and the regenerated micro powder comprises concrete regenerated micro powder (RCP) and brick powder (RBP); S2, ball milling: carrying out ball milling on the regenerated micro powder through a ball mill to obtain refined regenerated micro powder; S3, proportioning: respectively weighing the RCP and the RBP according to a ratio of 8: 2, and performing stirring to obtain a regenerated micro-powder mixture; S4, activating: adding an exciting agent into the regenerated micro-powder mixture, the adding amount of the exciting agent being 2%-5% of the mass of the regenerated micro-powder mixture, and obtaining an activated regenerated micro-powder mixture. The recycled micro-powder concrete can be prepared by utilizing the coagulation effect of the recycled micro-powder to replace part of cement, and has the advantages of improving the concrete performance, reducing the solid waste pollution, reducing the building energy consumption, saving the cost and the like.
