The invention relates to the technical field of recycled concrete, and discloses recycled micro-powder concrete and a preparation method thereof. The recycled micro-powder concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 210 to 310 parts of natural aggregate, 550 to 810 parts of recycled aggregate, 120 to 200 parts of modified silica fume, 300 to 440 parts of cement, 80 to 150 parts of an additive, 10 to 30 parts of a water reducing agent, 580 to 700 parts of sand and 110 to 162 parts of water, wherein the modified silica fume is prepared from a titanate coupling agent, sorbitol and silica fume in a weight ratio of (1-5): (2.2-6): (89-97.8). According to the present invention, the specific raw materials and the specific ratio are adopted, the prepared recycled concrete has excellent comprehensive performance, the modified silica fume is introduced, such that the interface region between the recycled concrete and the natural concrete is effectively reinforced, and the crack resistance of the recycled concrete is significantly improved.
