The calcium oxide preparation device comprises a supporting platform, wherein a box body is fixedly installed at the top of the supporting platform; a first opening and closing plate and a second opening and closing plate are arranged on the box body; a calcining box is arranged in the box body; and an auxiliary mechanism is arranged on the calcining box. According to the calcium oxide preparation device, ash generated by firewood can be well separated from calcium oxide; flue gas generated by firewood combustion can be discharged, so excessive internal pressure intensity is avoided; and carbon dioxide generated by reaction is discharged, the generated calcium oxide is prevented from reacting with the carbon dioxide, and after long enough time, the calcium oxide can be completely converted into calcium carbonate, so the production failure of calcium oxide is caused, unnecessary economic loss is avoided, and the yield is improved.
