Anti-rutting recycled asphalt mixture as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of asphalt mixtures, and particularly discloses an anti-rutting recycled asphalt mixture as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The anti-rutting recycled asphalt mixture comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70-90 parts of a waste asphalt mixture; 10-20 parts of asphalt; 50-70 parts of coarse aggregate; 10-30 parts of fine aggregate; 5-10 parts of a filler; and 5-15 parts of waste building plastic; wherein the waste building plastic is one or more of PET, PVC, PP and PE; the waste asphalt mixture is prepared by the following steps: crushing an old asphalt pavement, removing metal impurities, washing with water, and drying to obtain waste asphalt; crushing waste asphalt, sieving, stirring, adding a regenerant, and continuously stirring to obtain the waste asphalt mixture. The anti-rutting recycled asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention not only has better anti-rutting performance, but also reduces the production cost, reasonably utilizes resources and is beneficial to environmental protection.
