The invention discloses an anti-rutting recycled asphalt mixture and a processing technology thereof. The recycled asphalt mixture is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: 60 to 80 parts of waste asphalt, 20 to 30 parts of asphalt, 15 to 25 parts of regenerant, 15 to 25 parts of filler, 45 to 60 parts of coarse aggregate, 5 to 10 parts of carbon nanotube-basalt fiber material and 10 to 15 parts of modified montmorillonite. The carbon nanotubes are grafted after being subjected to carboxylation modification, so that the compatibility of the carbon nanotubes and SBS is improved, and the basalt fibers and the diatomite are added for combined use, so that the asphalt is prevented from being deformed under the action of external force. Meanwhile, the Na-montmorillonite is grafted, so that the thermal stability of the asphalt is improved. The interlamellar spacing of Na-montmorillonite is enlarged, molecular chains in the asphalt can enter the asphalt easily, polar groups in the asphalt can react with isocyanate groups, molecular chain movement of the asphalt is hindered, and therefore the hardness and thermal stability of the asphalt are reduced and improved. The asphalt mixture prepared by the invention has high-temperature stability, high thermal stability and rutting resistance, high hardness and aging resistance.
