The invention discloses a construction method for reserving a large-diameter casing of a pipe shaft. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, designing and manufacturing of a casing pre-embedded shaping mould, which is made of an integral shaping steel film and is manufactured in a unified factory, is conducted; 2, the positioning mode refers to positioning according to a floor control line; 3, the mould fixing time is that a pipe shaft floor is reserved, and a casing is pre-buried before a formwork is removed; 4, the mould is fixed in a casing welding mode; and 5, the mould effect is checked, namely an area is selected to use the mould and counting is conducted. The forming quality of floor concrete in the pipe shaft and the mounting quality of a large-diameter casing are guaranteed, and the construction cost in the pipe shaft is reduced.
