The invention discloses an opening waterproof structure of an underground existing structure externally-connected newly-built structure and a construction method. The opening waterproof structure comprises the existing structure, an externally-connected structure and a ground wall. The lining wall, connected with the ground wall, of the existing structure is provided with an access port connected with an external connection structure. And a water stop steel plate is arranged between the access port and the corresponding external connection structure to form water resistance. During construction, a ground wall and an existing structure are constructed firstly, and a water stop steel plate belonging to the existing structure is arranged; then breaking and dismantling the part, where the external connection structure needs to be built, of the ground wall by adopting a broken embedded part which is pre-embedded in the ground wall, and cutting off corresponding reinforcing steel bars; and finally, a water stop steel plate belonging to an external connection structure is arranged, and the external connection structure is poured. According to the waterproof structure and the treatment method, pollution can be reduced to the maximum extent, construction efficiency can be improved, an opening interface water seepage path between an existing underground structure and a newly-built external connection structure can be thoroughly cut off, and the overall waterproof effect of the structure is guaranteed.
