The invention discloses an electric propulsion large backhoe dredger which comprises a dredger body, a backhoe dredger, four steel pile assemblies, a left trolley assembly, a right trolley assembly, a digging depth monitoring system and a steel pile height dynamic adjusting system. When the dredger body is stabilized through the steel piles, along with slight lifting of the dredger body in water, a reverse excavator can conduct dredging operation at the maximum digging depth. The dredger is provided with a steel pile height dynamic adjusting system, tidal range changes can be displayed in real time, the height of the steel pile can be adjusted in an early warning mode, the steel pile can be lifted through the first lifting oil cylinder and the second lifting oil cylinder, and therefore the dredger body can be lifted by a certain height and is in a semi-floating state; thus, the influence of wind, wave and flow on the dredging operation of the backhoe dredger can be obviously reduced, so that the dredging precision and efficiency of the backhoe dredger are improved.
