Through the arranged suspension arm structure and the telescopic structure, when the device works, a telescopic rod of a first hydraulic cylinder stretches out and draws back to control the working angle of a connecting arm, when the dredging range needs to be enlarged, a first servo motor is started to enable a threaded rod to rotate in the connecting arm, and due to limiting of the connecting arm and arrangement of the telescopic arm, the working angle of the connecting arm is controlled; the telescopic arm can move up and down along with rotation of the threaded rod, and therefore the excavator bucket structure can reach the needed working position.
