The present invention relates to a vessel comprising an excavator for dredging or shifting soil for cleaning watercourses, the excavator comprising; -a weight balanced boom hingeably supported around a boom hinge axis, -a bucket-arm hingeably connected to the boom,and provided with a bucket and/or digging tool at a free end of the bucket-arm, wherein a counterweight is connected to the boom and wherein the counterweight is positioned with respect to the boom such that a centre of gravity of the counterweight is above and about vertically aligned with the boom hinge axis when the bucket and/or digging tool is at a lowest digging position.
La présente invention concerne un navire doté d'une pelle excavatrice permettant de draguer ou de déplacer un sol pour le nettoyage des cours d'eau, la pelle excavatrice comprenant : - une flèche équilibrée en poids supportée de manière articulée autour d'un axe d'articulation de flèche, - un bras de godet relié de manière articulée à la flèche, et pourvu d'un godet et/ou d'un outil de creusement à une extrémité libre du bras de godet, un contrepoids étant relié à la flèche et le contrepoids étant positionné par rapport à la flèche de telle sorte qu'un centre de gravité du contrepoids est au-dessus et approximativement aligné verticalement avec l'axe de charnière de flèche lorsque le godet et/ou l'outil de creusement se trouve dans une position de creusement la plus basse.
