Assembling method of pipe truss
The invention discloses an assembling method of a pipe truss, wherein an assembling jig frame is used for assembling; the assembling jig frame comprises two supporting rods; the two supporting rods are horizontally arranged and are parallel to each other; a plurality of supporting frames are respectively arranged on the two supporting rods; all of the supporting frames on each supporting rod are uniformly distributed in the length direction of the supporting rods; connecting rods are respectively arranged at the two ends of the two supporting rods; and the same ends of the two supporting rods are respectively connected with the same connecting rod, and the two supporting rods can move on the two connecting rods. The assembling method comprises the following assembling steps of firstly adjusting the distance between two supporting rods according to the diameter of an upper chord rod, the diameter of a lower chord rod and the distance between the upper chord rod and the lower chord rod of the pipe truss to be assembled, then respectively hanging and placing the upper chord rod and the lower chord rod onto the supporting frames, and then assembling web rods between the upper chord rod and the lower chord rod; and completing the assembly of the pipe truss after the web rods are assembled. The assembling method has the advantages that the operation is convenient, the labor intensity of operators is favorably reduced, and the assembling efficiency is improved.
