The invention provides an on-site assembling method for a steel structure pipe truss, which comprises the following steps of: S1, marking a center line intersection point of each node and relative coordinate points at 500mm positions on two sides of the intersection point according to a steel structure pipe truss drawing; s2, an on-site assembling scheme is compiled, an assembling site is lofted, the site is leveled and tamped, and a concrete foundation is poured; s3, a total station is used for setting out the projection of the steel truss to the concrete foundation, and a construction platform frame is assembled according to the setting-out range; s4, lofting to a construction platform frame according to the coordinates of the control points of the jig frame, and welding and assembling the jig frame; s5, an upper chord and a lower chord of the steel structure pipe truss are placed on the jig frame, and a total station is used for lofting node positions and marking the node positions; s6, mounting inclined web members between the upper chord members and the lower chord members according to the node positions, mounting horizontal web members between the upper chord members, and welding; and S7, after re-checking, detection and acceptance check, tire-free hoisting is carried out.
