The invention provides an electronic lock. The electronic lock comprises a shell, a lock rod, a battery module, a solar panel electrically connected with the battery module, a main control board located in the shell, a control module, a positioning module used for real-time positioning, a communication module in communication connection with a background control system, an electronic tag module containing ID information of the electronic lock, a driving device and a mechanical lock structure. The lock rod is movably connected with the shell, the shell is of a hollow structure, and the battery module is located inside the shell; the battery module is electrically connected with the main control board, the control module, the positioning module, the communication module, the electronic tag module and the driving device are all electrically connected with the inner surface of the shell and the main control board, and the mechanical lock structure is connected with the shell; and the control module is used for achieving multiple control over sealing and unsealing of the electronic lock, and the driving device and the mechanical lock structure are used for controlling the lock rod to be unlocked and locked. The invention further provides a logistics box using the electronic lock and a monitoring and lock opening and closing control method of the electronic lock.
