PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lock and unlock a door not only through remote operation, but also manually, and to prevent a thumb turn from being rotated.SOLUTION: A lock opening/closing device 10 comprises: an enclosure 11 fitted to a door; a rotary part 19 which accommodates a thumb turn and locks and unlocks the door by rotating the thumb turn; a driving part 18 which is controlled through remote operation to apply power to the rotary part 19; a substantially cylindrical operation part 12 which is connected to the rotary part 19 and operative to rotate with respect to the enclosure 11, the operation part 12 being rotated with respect to the enclosure 11 to rotate the rotary part 19 in a rotating direction of the thumb turn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】遠隔操作だけでなく手動でも扉の施錠及び開錠を可能とすると共に、サムターン回しの防止を可能とする。【解決手段】錠開閉装置１０は、扉に取り付けられる筐体１１と、サムターンを収容し、サムターンを回転させて扉を施錠及び開錠する回転部１９と、遠隔操作により制御されることで、回転部１９に動力を与える駆動部１８と、回転部１９に接続され、筐体１１に対して回転操作可能な略円筒形状の操作部１２であって、筐体１１に対して回転操作されることにより、回転部１９をサムターンの回転方向に回転動作させる操作部１２と、を備える。【選択図】図２
