Quaternary rare earth silicate solid solution spherical agglomerated powder and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of ceramic powder for extreme environments, in particular to quaternary rare earth silicate solid solution spherical agglomerated powder and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing rare earth oxide powder and silicon dioxide powder serving as raw materials by a physical and mechanical method, and carrying out pressureless sintering in an air atmosphere to obtain quaternary rare earth silicate powder; adding deionized water, a binding agent, a dispersing agent and a plasticizer into the powder, and performing uniform mixing by using a planetary ball mill to obtain slurry; and carrying out powder agglomeration treatment on the slurry by adopting spray drying equipment to obtain the quaternary rare earth silicate solid solution spherical agglomerated powder. According to the present invention, by adjusting the related process parameters, the solid spherical agglomerated powder with characteristics of compact surface, smooth and clean distribution in a certain particle size range can be obtained, and the powder has advantages of excellent flow property, stable high-temperature phase structure, good chemical stability, and good application prospect in the field of environmental barrier coating materials.
本发明涉及极端环境用陶瓷粉体领域,具体为一种四元稀土硅酸盐固溶体球形团聚粉体及其制备方法。以稀土氧化物粉末和二氧化硅粉末为原料,经物理机械方法混合,在空气气氛下无压烧结,获得四元稀土硅酸盐粉末;向粉末中加入去离子水、粘结剂、分散剂和塑化剂,使用行星式球磨机混合均匀,得到浆料;采用喷雾干燥设备对浆料进行粉体的团聚化处理,得到四元稀土硅酸盐固溶体球形团聚粉体。本发明通过对相关工艺参数的调整,可以获得一定粒径范围分布的表面致密、光洁、实心的球形团聚粉体,所述粉体具有优异的流动性能,高温相结构稳定、化学稳定性较好,在环境障涂层材料领域有着良好的应用前景。
