The invention discloses a lead-free piezoelectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing bismuth oxide, sodium carbonate, titanium dioxide, barium carbonate and niobium pentoxide, and grinding and mixing to obtain primarily ball-milled powder; pre-sintering the primarily ball-milled powder to obtain a pre-sintered sheet; carrying out secondary grinding on the pre-sintered sheet to obtain secondarily ball-milled powder; granulating and pressing the secondarily ball-milled powder to obtain a plain blank; and performing isostatic pressing treatment on the plain blank to obtain a secondarily tablet-formed plain blank. According to the invention, NN with antiferroelectric characteristics is introduced into a BNT-6BT matrix, a phase boundary with high activity and coexistence of a relaxation phase and a ferroelectric phase is reconstructed, and the relaxation phase can more easily and rapidly overturn towards the ferroelectric phase under the action of an electric field, so that relatively high strain performance is obtained; and component stability and sintering conditions are good, process conditions are easy to control, practicability is high, and industrial large-scale production is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种无铅压电陶瓷材料及其制备方法,包括:分别称取氧化铋、碳酸钠、二氧化钛、碳酸钡及五氧化二铌,研磨混合后,得到一次球磨粉体;对一次球磨粉体进行预烧,得到预烧片;对预烧片进行二次研磨,得到二次球磨粉体;利用二次球磨粉体进行造粒,压制,得到素胚;对素胚进行等静压压片处理,得到二次压片成型素胚;本发明通过在BNT‑6BT基体中,引入具有反铁电特性的NN,重新构建了具有高活性的弛豫相与铁电相共存的相界,在电场作用下弛豫相能够更容易快速向铁电相发生翻转,获得较高的应变性能;组分稳定性及烧结条件较好,工艺条件易于控制,实用性较强,有利于工业化大规模生产。
