The invention relates to a construction method of a free-passing super-flat floor. The construction method includes the steps of carrying out reinforcement treatment on column edges and corner edges, and arranging extruding plastic plates on wall edges; binding a plate with steel bars; processing warehouse dividing seams; paving and vibrating concrete; leveling the concrete; performing composite elevation; after the concrete leveling work is completed, spreading a wear-resistant material according to the specified dosage of the wear-resistant material; using an ultra-flat floating rule for scraping again; after initial setting of the concrete, polishing the floor; cutting shrinkage joints; and brushing an acidic mixed solution for corroding cement mortar in the shrinkage joints, removing the cement mortar in the shrinkage joints to enable coarse sand to leak out, and then filling the shrinkage joints with foam strips and a polyurethane sealant. The foam strips and the polyurethane sealant can ensure that the shrinkage joints are not influenced by external dust and the flexibility of the shrinkage joints is not influenced, and after the shrinkage joints are filled with the foam strips, the polyurethane sealant can play a good sealing effect on the shrinkage joints, so that expansion and bulging caused by influence on the flexibility of the shrinkage joints on the floor are prevented.
本发明涉及一种自由通行超平地坪的施工方法，步骤如下：柱边、角边做加强处理、墙边挤塑板；钢筋扎板；处理分仓缝；混凝土的摊铺以及振捣；整平混凝土；复合标高；混凝土整平工作完成后，按照耐磨材料的规定用量撒布耐磨材料；再次用超平刮尺进行刮平；混凝土初凝后，对地坪进行抛光；切割缩缝；在缩缝内涂刷腐蚀缩缝内水泥砂浆的酸性混合溶液，清理掉缩缝内的水泥浆后，使粗砂外漏，再向缩缝内填充泡沫条和聚氨酯密封胶。泡沫条和聚氨酯密封胶可以保证缩缝不受外界灰尘的影响下又不影响了缩缝的伸缩性，将泡沫条填充到缩缝里面之后，用聚氨酯密封胶可以对缩缝起到很好的密封效果，从而防止地坪上的缩缝的伸缩性受影响而发生膨胀鼓起。
