Before concrete pouring, steel bar frames and dowel bars are pre-arranged at positions corresponding to bin dividing seams and kerf shrinkage seams, telescopic joints of the dowel bars are fixed to the positions corresponding to the seams, and when the surface of the floor is subjected to a large load, concrete blocks on the two sides of the seams are moved, and the dowel bars can stretch out and draw back, so that stress transmission between the adjacent concrete blocks on the two sides of the seams is increased, and therefore uneven settlement of a concrete pavement caused by large load of local stress of the concrete pavement is prevented; and the adjacent concrete blocks are jointly stressed through stress transmission, so that buckling deformation of the bin dividing seams and the shrinkage seams under the long-term load effect is reduced, and the flatness of the super-flat floor is guaranteed.
