The invention discloses a hydraulic lifting upside-down mounting method. A hydraulic lifting device lifts an upper straight cylinder section upwards through a temporary lifting tool supported on the upper straight cylinder section, a reducing section is mounted at the lower part of the upper straight cylinder section, a first band plate section of a lower straight cylinder section is mounted at the lower part of the reducing section, a hole corresponding to the hydraulic lifting device is formed in the reducing section, the hydraulic lifting device is moved to be close to the wall face of the first band plate section, the top of the hydraulic lifting device penetrates out of the hole, and then the hydraulic lifting device supports and lifts the first band plate section so that the remaining lower straight cylinder section can be mounted on the lower part of the first band plate section. According to the hydraulic lifting upside-down mounting method, the height of the required temporary lifting tool can be effectively reduced, consumed materials of the temporary lifting tool are reduced, the manufacturing time is shortened, the manufacturing workload is reduced, the construction cost is reduced, the later-period dismantling difficulty is reduced, the stability of the temporary lifting tool is correspondingly guaranteed after the height of the temporary lifting tool is reduced, and the construction risk is reduced and the safety is improved.
