Early strength nucleating agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a composition for preparing an early strength nucleating agent. The composition comprises the following raw materials: a polyether monomer, an acrylic monomer, soluble silicate, soluble calcium salt, an initiator, a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent, a pH regulator and deionized water. The early strength nucleating agent disclosed by the invention plays a significant role when being applied to concrete engineering, and after the early strength nucleating agent is doped into cement paste as a crystal nucleus, the nucleating energy barrier of hydrated calcium silicate (C-S-H) in the hydration process can be greatly reduced, so that the hydration speed is further accelerated, the setting time is shortened, and the setting and hardening of concrete are accelerated; and therefore, the early strength of the concrete is enhanced.
本发明涉及一种用于制备早强成核剂的组合物,包括如下原料:聚醚单体、丙烯酸类单体、可溶性硅酸盐、可溶性钙盐、引发剂、还原剂、链转移剂、pH调节剂和去离子水。本发明的早强成核剂,应用在混凝土工程中起到了显著的作用,由于其作为晶核掺入水泥浆体后可大大降低水化过程中水化硅酸钙(C‑S‑H)的成核能垒,进一步加速了水化速度,缩短凝结时间,混凝土凝结硬化加快,从而使得混凝土的早期强度增强。
