Physical self-early-strength slump retaining agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention is applicable to the technical field of slump retaining agents, and provides a physical self-early-strength slump retaining agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of stone powder, 10 to 20 parts of water, 1 to 20 parts of polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor, a dispersing agent and an air entraining agent, wherein the weight part of the dispersing agent is 0.1-0.5 permillage of the weight part of the stone powder, and the weight part of the air entraining agent is 0.05-0.1 permillage of the weight part of the stone powder. The invention also provides a preparation method of the physical self-early-strength slump retaining agent. The invention also provides application of the physical self-early-strength slump retaining agent in preparation of concrete. Molecules of slurry are activated in a heating and stirring manner, so that more useful components are inserted into pore structures of the stone powder, the curing efficiency of the stone powder and the production efficiency of the slump retaining agent are improved, the particle size of the stone powder is reduced through mechanical grinding, a larger space is provided for a water reducing component, the early hydration rate of a cement-based material is increased, and the water reducing effect is improved. By adding the dispersing agent and the air entraining agent, the stability and the slump retaining effect of the slump retaining agent are improved, and the preparation is simple.
