The invention relates to a construction method of a large hanging basket of a large-span wide-width cast-in-place box girder in a complex water area. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) making preparations for construction ; (2) preparing a hanging basket component; (3) connecting hanging baskets of the poured sections of the box girder; 4) laying a suspension support system; (5) erecting a cast-in-place box girder formwork; and (6) arranging a rainproof system. The method has the beneficial effects that the hanging basket comprises upper longitudinal supporting beams, upper transverse supporting beams, lower transverse supporting beams, lower longitudinal supporting beams, supporting frame stand columns and supporting frame inclined columns, the components are fastened through rotating shafts, bolts and the like, and efficient assembly of the hanging basket is achieved; built-in reinforcing plates are arranged in the poured sections of the box girder to achieve the effects of pressure dispersion and node reinforcement, the arrangement stability of the upper longitudinal supporting beams and the lower longitudinal supporting beams is improved, and meanwhile damage of the hanging basket structures to the poured sections of the box girder is reduced.
本发明涉及复杂水域大跨度宽幅现浇箱梁大型挂篮的施工方法,包括步骤:1)施工准备;2)挂篮构件制备;3)箱梁已浇段挂篮连接;4)悬挂支撑体系布设;5)现浇箱梁模板支设;6)防雨体系布设。本发明的有益效果是:挂篮包括上纵撑梁、上横撑梁、下横撑梁、下纵撑梁、撑架立柱和撑架斜柱,构件之间通过转轴、螺栓等紧固,实现了挂篮的高效拼装;在箱梁已浇段内设置内置补强板,可起到压力分散和节点增强的作用,在提升上纵撑梁和下纵撑梁布设稳固性的同时,降低挂篮结构对箱梁已浇段的损伤。
