The invention relates to a large-span large-section single-box single-chamber cast-in-place box girder hanging basket suspended pouring system and a construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps that a track beam is installed on a poured concrete box girder 0-1 # block, a formwork supporting system is installed, an outer formwork system is installed, a telescopic inner formwork system is installed, and pouring operation of the concrete box girder is conducted. The system has the beneficial effects that the truss system and the formwork supporting system move independently, the truss system is of an inverted trapezoidal structure, and forward movement of the truss system is not affected by the formwork supporting system; when the truss system moves forwards, the formwork supporting system and loads on the formwork supporting system are supported on a good beam section, after the truss system moves forwards in place and anchoring is completed, the formwork supporting system is moved forwards, and the safety of the hanging basket in the walking stage is improved; the outer mold system and the telescopic inner mold system are supported on an inner mold lower longitudinal beam of the mold plate supporting system and synchronously move forwards along with the mold plate supporting system, and the safety and efficiency of mold plate movement are improved.
本发明涉及一种大跨径大断面单箱单室现浇箱梁挂篮悬浇体系及施工方法,包括以下步骤:在已浇筑的混凝土箱梁0‑1号块上安装轨道梁,安装模板支撑系统,外模系统安装,伸缩内模系统安装,进行混凝土箱梁的浇筑作业。本发明的有益效果是:桁架系统及模板支撑系统独立移动,且桁架系统呈倒梯形结构,模板支撑系统不影响桁架系统的前移;桁架系统前移时,模板支撑系统及其上的荷载支撑在已较好的梁段上,待桁架系统前移就位并锚固完成后,再向前移动模板支撑系统,提高了挂篮行走阶段的安全性;外模系统、伸缩内模系统支撑在模板支撑系统的内模下纵梁上,跟随模板支撑系统同步前移,提高了模板移动的安全性及效率。
