Prefabricated segmented bent cap
A prefabricated segmented bent cap comprises a jig frame and segmented bent cap bodies, the segmented bent cap bodies which are oppositely arranged are placed on the jig frame, a wet connection section is formed between the oppositely arranged segmented bent cap bodies, the segmented bent cap bodies are composed of steel bars and concrete, and the segmented bent cap bodies are formed by connecting a plurality of segmented bodies. Mechanical sleeves connected with each other are arranged between the adjacent segmented bodies, and mechanical sleeves connected with the segmented bent cap bodies are also arranged at the wet connection section; and a grouting sleeve and a prestressed steel strand group are arranged in the segmented bent cap bodies, the grouting sleeve is arranged at the bottoms of the segmented bent cap bodies, and the prestressed steel strand group is arranged in the length direction of the segmented bent cap bodies. Compared with the prior art, by using the prefabricated segmented bent cap, the prestressed channels which are parallel to one another and extend in the stress direction of the bent cap are inserted before concrete is poured, prestressed steel strands are arranged in the prestressed channels, fixed through the P anchors at the two ends and tensioned to the specified length through the jacks, and the segmented bent cap is suitable for large bent cap construction.
