Method for preparing ceramsite from sludge in sewage plant
The invention discloses a method for preparing ceramsite by using sludge in a sewage plant, which comprises the following steps: step 1, dewatering municipal sludge, adding a certain amount of cationic polyacrylamide sludge dewatering agent into the sludge, mixing and stirring, and carrying out filter pressing and drying treatment by using a high-pressure membrane filter press to obtain the municipal sludge; 2, selecting raw materials, namely selecting a certain amount of dewatered sludge, kaolin, black clay, pulverized coal ash and plant ash in the step 1, and crushing and grinding; the plant ash and the adhesive are added into the raw materials of the prepared ceramsite, and the plant ash can be fully mixed with the sludge, so that the adhesive property of the ceramsite is effectively improved, the hardness of the prepared ceramsite is improved, and the phenomenon that the ceramsite is dispersed due to water loss in the sintering process is effectively avoided; meanwhile, the plant ash in the ceramsite contains higher potassium carbonate, so that when the ceramsite is used as a fertilizer, the potash fertilizer required by crops can be increased, and the use of the ceramsite prepared from the sludge in agricultural fertilizers is improved.
