The invention discloses a segmental dry connection method for a prefabricated cover beam, and relates to the technical field of construction methods. The method comprises the steps of a, coating an adhesive on the end part of the segment; b, hoisting the sections through a hoisting device, and attaching the ends, smeared with the adhesives, of the sections to the cantilever section of the bent cap; c, arranging top prestressed tendons and side prestressed tendons; d, tensioning the top prestressed tendons and the side prestressed tendons through a jack, in the tensioning process, gradually reducing the tension on the segments by the hoisting device, and finally separating the hoisting device and the segments; and e, making steel strands penetrate through the hole channels of the cantilever sections and the sections of the bent cap and tensioning to the design value. The segmental dry connection method has the beneficial effects that rapid splicing construction is achieved by adopting the scheme of temporary tensioning and bonding agents, and meanwhile rapid assembly and disassembly of the lifting ropes are achieved through the connectors.
本发明公开了一种预制盖梁分节干接方法,涉及施工方法技术领域;步骤a:在节段的端部涂抹上粘接剂;步骤b:利用吊装装置将节段吊起来,将节段涂抹有粘接剂的一端贴合在盖梁悬臂段上;步骤c:设置顶部预应力筋和侧部预应力筋;步骤d:顶部预应力筋和侧部预应力筋通过千斤顶进行张拉,在张拉的过程中,吊装装置逐步减小对节段的拉力,最后将吊装装置和节段分开;步骤e:盖梁悬臂段和节段的孔道穿过钢绞线,并张拉至设计值。本发明的有益效果是:采用临时张拉加粘接剂的方案实现快速拼接施工,同时连接头实现吊绳的快速装卸。
