The invention relates to a steel strand penetrating method using a wind power tower foundation prestressed cable preformed hole. The method sequentially comprises the following steps that a traction device and a traction cable are arranged on a construction platform; a certain top prestressed cable preformed hole in the concrete tower drum is selected, and a traction cable penetrates through the top prestressed cable preformed hole and is lowered to the ground in the concrete tower drum through a traction device; a guide rod is detachably and fixedly arranged in the bottom prestressed cable preformed hole corresponding to the top prestressed cable preformed hole; a roller is arranged at the upper end of the guide rod; the traction cable bypasses the roller; the end part of the traction cable is provided with a clamp and is connected with the end part of a steel strand to be penetrated; the traction cable is driven by the traction device, and then, the steel strand is driven by the traction cable to bypass the roller and to ascend; and the steel strand moves to the top drum section and penetrates through the top prestressed cable preformed hole; the steel strand is fixed to the top of the concrete tower drum; and the connection between the traction cable and the steel strand is relieved. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the operation is convenient, the strand pulling efficiency is improved, and the strand pulling traction process is smoother.
本发明涉及一种利用风电塔筒基础预应力索预留孔的钢绞线穿束方法,依次包括如下步骤:施工平台设置牵引装置和牵引索;选取混凝土塔筒上某个顶部预应力索预留孔,将牵引索穿过所述顶部预应力索预留孔并由牵引装置下放至混凝土塔筒内地面处;所述顶部预应力索预留孔对应的底部预应力索预留孔可拆卸固定设置导向杆,导向杆上端设置有滚轮;牵引索绕过滚轮,牵引索端部设置有夹具并与等待穿束的钢绞线端部连接;通过牵引装置带动牵引索,牵引索再带动钢绞线绕过滚轮并上升;钢绞线移动至顶部筒节并穿过所述顶部预应力索预留孔,将钢绞线固定在混凝土塔筒顶部,解除牵引索和钢绞线的连接。本发明操作方便,提高穿束效率,且穿束牵引过程更为顺畅。
