The invention relates to the technical field of optical absorption, and provides a preparation method of a foamed ceramic material, and the prepared foamed ceramic material and applications thereof. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the steps of foam pretreatment, slurry preparation, slurry coating, sintering and the like. According to the invention, the foamed ceramic material with high reflectivity and adjustable porosity is sintered by taking polyurethane foam as a skeleton, so that the effect of remarkably increasing an equivalent optical path with a small volume can be realized so as to achieve the precise meadurement of the infiltrated atmosphere; and when the foamed ceramic material is used for preparing an optical absorption cell in an absorption spectrum analysis instrument, the technical effects of remarkably increasing a laser optical path and enhancing the laser signal transmittance can be achieved with low production cost, so that good measurementperformance is realized.
本发明涉及光学吸收技术领域,提供了一种泡沫陶瓷材料的制备方法、所制得的泡沫陶瓷材料及其应用。本发明所提供的制备方法包括泡沫预处理、浆料配置、挂浆、烧结等步骤。本发明利用聚氨酯泡沫作为骨架,烧结出高反射率且孔隙率可调的泡沫陶瓷材料,能够实现以很小的体积显著增加等效光程的作用,进而实现对其浸润的气氛进行精确测量。将本发明的泡沫陶瓷材料用于制备吸收光谱分析仪器中的光学吸收池,以较低的生产成本,即可达到显著增加激光光程、并且增强激光信号透过率的技术效果,从而实现较佳的测量性能。
