Method for producing high-silicon sulphoaluminate cement by using phosphorite acid-insoluble slag
The invention discloses a method for producing high-silicon sulphoaluminate cement by using phosphorite acid-insoluble slag. The method comprises the following steps: drying phosphorite acid-insoluble slag, and then grinding the phosphorite acid-insoluble slag until the particle size is less than 200 meshes for later use; mixing, grinding and drying phosphorite acid-insoluble slag, bauxite, natural gypsum and limestone to obtain a cement raw material, and pressing the cement raw material into a cylindrical sheet under 20Mpa to obtain a cement raw material sheet; calcining the cement raw material pieces to obtain cement clinker pieces; and grinding the cement clinker pieces until the particle size is less than 200 meshes, adding 15wt% of natural gypsum, and uniformly mixing to obtain a cement finished product. According to the method, the phosphorite acid-insoluble slag is used as a production raw material, so that reasonable utilization of resources is realized, and meanwhile, the problems of waste of useful siliceous components in the phosphorite acid-insoluble slag and environmental pollution caused by stockpiling of the phosphorite acid-insoluble slag are avoided.
本发明公开了一种利用磷矿酸不溶渣生产高硅硫铝酸盐水泥的方法,包括有以下步骤:将磷矿酸不溶渣烘干,然后研磨至粒径小于200目后备用;将磷矿酸不溶渣、铝矾土、天然石膏、石灰石混合、研磨、烘干后,得到水泥生料,再将水泥生料在20Mpa下压成圆柱片,得到水泥生料片;将水泥生料片进行煅烧,得到水泥熟料片;将水泥熟料片研磨至粒径小于200目,后加入15wt%的天然石膏混匀得水泥成品。该方法中使用磷矿酸不溶渣作为生产原料,实现了资源的合理利用,同时避免磷矿酸不溶渣中有用的硅质成分的浪费与磷矿酸不溶渣因堆存所带来的环境污染问题。
