The invention provides a support pre-pressing device based on pier top prestress. The support pre-pressing device comprises a force transmission system, a stress system and an anchoring system. The force transmission system comprises a bearing beam and a plurality of longitudinal beams (3) which are longitudinally supported on the top surface of the bearing beam; the stress system comprises an upper carrying pole beam, a lower carrying pole beam and a jack; the anchoring system comprises an anchoring beam (8), a pier top vertical prestress applying device, a finish rolling deformed steel bar sleeve (9), a pier top prestress (10) and a finish rolling deformed steel bar nut; the anchoring beam is made of double section steel, holes are formed according to pier top prestress, the anchoring beam penetrates through the pier top prestress during installation, the anchoring beam is anchored through a finish rolling deformed steel bar nut above the anchoring beam, the back pressure device is anchored through the anchoring system during support pre-pressing, the pier top vertical prestress applying device outputs pre-pressing load, and the pre-pressing load is transmitted downwards through the force transmission system. The pre-pressing load uniformly functions on a bracket system (12). And by adjusting the reading of an oil pressure gauge, each stage of pre-pressing load is loaded, so that the aim of pre-pressing the bracket is fulfilled. The invention further provides a corresponding construction method.
