The invention discloses a segmental prestressed assembled pier with a core column and a construction method of the segmental prestressed assembled pier. The pier is formed by connecting a bent cap, prefabricated segments and a bearing platform in series into a whole through prestressed steel bundles distributed in a linear mode. A reinforced concrete core column is formed in the hollow cavity of the prefabricated section and located at the bottom of the pier column through post-pouring concrete; the core column steel bars are pre-buried in the bearing platform and protrude out of the top face of the bearing platform. The post-cast core column effectively solves the problems of poor ductility and weak shear resistance of a plastic hinge area of the prefabricated pier, and is simple to implement and reliable in performance; and the prestressed steel beams are distributed linearly, so that the construction speed and quality are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种带芯柱的节段预应力拼装桥墩及其施工方法,桥墩由盖梁、预制节段与承台由按直线型布束的预应力钢束串联成整体;在预制节段的中空腔内、位于墩柱底部通过后浇混凝土形成钢筋混凝土芯柱;芯柱钢筋预埋在承台中,并在承台的顶面凸伸。本发明通过后浇芯柱有效解决了预制桥墩塑性铰区延性差与抗剪能力弱的问题,其实施简单,性能可靠;预应力钢束按直线型布束,大大提高了施工速度与质量。
