The invention provides an FRP-UHPC permanent template. The FRP-UHPC permanent template comprises a first UHPC prefabricated plate, a second UHPC prefabricated plate embedded with the first UHPC prefabricated plate, and multiple first FRP ribs and multiple second FRP ribs fixedly inserted in the first UHPC prefabricated plate and the second UHPC prefabricated plate by penetrating through embedding surfaces by one ends; a first grouting sleeve for embedding the second FRP ribs is arranged on the embedding surface of the first UHPC prefabricated plate; a second grouting sleeve for embedding the first FRP ribs is arranged on the embedding surface of the second UHPC prefabricated plate; and first grouting holes and second grouting holes communicating with the internals of the grouting sleeves are formed in the outer side walls of the first UHPC prefabricated plate and the second UHPC prefabricated plate opposite to the grouting sleeves. The invention further provides a preparation method of the FRP-UHPC permanent template. The FRP-UHPC permanent template overcomes the problem of need of secondary casting of another template in template preparation. The FRP-UHPC permanent template can guarantee the connecting strength, is convenient to install and wide in applicability, meanwhile, needs no secondary casting of another template, and is simple in preparation and low in manufacturing cost.
本发明提供了一种FRP‑UHPC永久模板，包括第一UHPC预制板，与第一UHPC预制板嵌合的第二UHPC预制板，一端穿过嵌合面分别固定插入到第一UHPC预制板和第二UHPC预制板内部的若干第一FRP筋和若干第二FRP筋，第一UHPC预制板的嵌合面上设有用于嵌合第二FRP筋的第一灌浆套筒，第二UHPC预制板的嵌合面上设有用于嵌合第一FRP筋的第二灌浆套筒，以及第一UHPC预制板和第二UHPC预制板的外侧壁上与灌浆套筒对应的位置设有连通灌浆套筒内部的第一灌浆孔和第二灌浆孔。本发明还提供了一种FRP‑UHPC永久模板的制备方法。本发明克服了制备模板时需要另支模板进行二次浇筑的问题。本发明不仅能够保证FRP‑UHPC永久模板的连接强度，且安装方便，适用性广泛，同时无需另支模板二次浇注，制备简单，制造成本低。
