Aggregate for preparing cement-based ceramic binder and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an aggregate for preparing a cement-based ceramic binder and a preparation method of the aggregate. The aggregate is any combination of any two or more particle sizes in coconut fiber particles with the particle size of 0.5-2 mm. The invention provides the aggregate for preparing the cement-based ceramic binder and the preparation method of the aggregate, aiming at overcoming the defects that natural fine aggregate or machine-made sand needs to be used in the existing aggregate for preparing the cement-based ceramic binder, but the natural fine aggregate or machine-made sand is increasingly deficient in resources, high in cost, not environment-friendly and incapable of realizing sustainable development. According to the invention, through two preferable processes and process parameters thereof, a specially prepared medicament is adopted to treat the coconut fiber, and the coconut fiber is cut into coconut fiber particles with the particle size of 0.5-2mm, so that the comprehensive performance of the coconut fiber is improved, the coconut fiber can replace natural fine aggregate (such as natural sand and the like) or machine-made sand, and the cement-based ceramic binder prepared from the aggregate has the advantages of strong binding performance, which meets related technical performance requirements, and has the advantages of wide raw material source, low cost, energy conservation, environmental protection and the like.
本发明涉及一种用于制备水泥基陶瓷粘结剂的集料及其制备方法,所述集料为0.5‑2mm粒径的椰棕丝颗粒中任意两种粒径以上的任意组合。该发明克服现了有制备水泥基陶瓷粘结剂所用的集料需要用到天然细骨料或机制砂,然而其资源日益匮乏、成本上升、不环保、无法实现持续发展,本发明提供一种用于制备水泥基陶瓷粘结剂的集料及其制备方法,通过两道优选工序及其工艺参数,并采用特别配制的药剂处理椰棕丝,且将椰棕丝切割成0.5‑2mm粒径的椰棕丝颗粒,提升了椰棕丝的综合性能,其能取代天然细骨料(如天然砂等)或机制砂,用该集料制备出的水泥基陶瓷粘结剂粘结性能强,符合陶瓷砖粘结剂的相关技术性能要求,具有原料来源广泛、成本低、节能环保等优点。
