Aggregate for preparing dust-free cement-based ceramic binder and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to aggregate for preparing a dust-free cement-based ceramic binder and a preparation method of the aggregate. The aggregate is prepared from the following aggregate and a proper amount of liquid material, wherein the aggregate is one or any mixture of more than two of 50-100-mesh river sand; the liquid material is mainly prepared from the following components: acrylic copolymer emulsion, water, a negative ion agent, a penetrating agent, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent and a coalescing agent. The invention overcomes the defects that the traditional cement-based ceramic binder is easy to generate a large amount of dust pollution in the stirring process of production and use and is not beneficial to the environment and human health, and most of the existing dust-free mortar needs other additives and is inconvenient to prepare and use, high in cost and the like. According to the present invention, the aggregate can perform adhesion and negative ion adsorption on cement and other mineral powder in the cement-based ceramic binder system, has characteristics of convenient preparation and use and low cost, and can be directly used for preparing the dust-free cement-based ceramic binder.
本发明涉及一种用于制备无尘水泥基陶瓷粘结剂用骨料及其制备方法,由以下骨料和适量的液料制备而成:所述骨料为50‑100目河砂的其中一种或任意两种以上的任意混合;所述液料主要由以下组分制备而成:丙烯酸共聚乳液、水、负离子剂、渗透剂、分散剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂。该发明克服传统水泥基陶瓷粘结剂在生产和使用的搅拌过程中容易产生大量粉尘污染,不利于环境和人体健康,而现有无尘砂浆多数需要其他的添加剂,存在制备和使用不便、成本高等缺点,通过采用特别配置的液料对骨料进行特殊处理,使得骨料能对水泥基陶瓷粘结剂体系中的水泥等矿物粉料进行粘附以及负离子吸附,其制备和使用方便、成本低,可直接用于制备出无尘水泥基陶瓷粘结剂。
