The invention discloses a preparation method of a cement-based ceramic binder with good conductivity. The preparation method of the cement-based ceramic binder comprises the following steps: 1) adding conductive powder, conductive aggregate, graphite, bamboo charcoal, conductive wires, conductive fibers, a conductive auxiliary agent and warm water into a stirrer, and stirring to obtain a conductive material; 2) adding cement, latex powder, cellulose ether, a water reducing agent, calcium formate, liquid polysulfide rubber, a water-retaining agent, a water repellent, an anti-slip agent and warm water into the conductive material, and stirring for 5-10 minutes; and 3) sequentially adding the viscosity modifier, the defoaming agent and the waterproof agent into the mixture, and stirring for 3-6 minutes to obtain the final product cement-based ceramic binder. The conductive fiber, the conductive filament, the conductive aggregate, the graphite and the iron ore powder are used as aggregates, the antistatic agent, the latex powder and other additives are used, various conductive materials are cooperatively used, a conductive network structure is formed, the conductive performance is excellent, and the performance in all aspects is stable.
本发明公开了一种具有良好导电性能的水泥基陶瓷粘结剂的制备方法,该水泥基陶瓷粘结剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)在搅拌机中加入导电粉末、导电骨料、石墨、竹炭、导电丝、导电纤维、导电助剂以及温水搅拌得到导电物料;2)在上述的导电物料中加入水泥、乳胶粉、纤维素醚、减水剂、甲酸钙、液体聚硫橡胶、保水剂、憎水剂、抗滑移剂以及温水,搅拌5‑10分钟;3)在上述混合物中,依次加入粘度调节剂、消泡剂、防水剂,搅拌3‑6分钟,得到最终产物水泥基陶瓷粘结剂。本发明以导电纤维、导电丝、导电骨料、石墨,铁矿粉作为集料,使用防静电剂,乳胶粉等添加剂制备而成,各类导电材料协同使用,形成导电网络结构,导电性能优越,并且各方面性能稳定。
