The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of concrete water reducing agents. The novel concrete water reducing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-20 partsof modified activated clay, 0.1-0.5 part of a defoaming agent, 10-15 parts of an anti-freezing agent, 5-15 parts of sodium hydrogen sulfite, 0.2-2 parts of a potassium salt, 8-20 parts of isopropanol, 6-20 parts of an air entraining agent and 5-15 parts of water. The anti-freezing agent is added into the raw materials so that the freezing point of water in the concrete can be obviously reduced, precipitation is avoided, the pore structure of the concrete is effectively improved, the structural strength of the concrete is improved, the air entraining agent is used so that the average pore diameter of bubbles introduced by the air entraining agent is small, the stability of the bubbles is high, the durability of the concrete can be greatly enhanced, the collapse degree loss of the concreteis reduced, meanwhile, the preparation method of the concrete water reducing agent is low in cost and wide in application range, preparation materials are easy to obtain, and the concrete water reducing agent has a certain market prospect and can be promoted and used in a large area.
本发明涉及混凝土减水剂制备技术领域,公开了一种新型混凝土减水剂,包括如下重量份的组分:改性活性白土5‑20份、消泡剂0.1‑0.5份、抗冻剂10‑15份、亚硫酸氢钠5‑15份、钾盐0.2‑2份、异丙醇8‑20份、引气剂6‑20份以及水5‑15份。本发明通过在原料中加入抗冻剂,可以显著降低混凝土内部水的冰点,而且无沉淀,有效改善了混凝土的孔结构,提高了混凝土的结构强度,而且加入了引气剂,而引气剂引入气泡平均孔径较小,气泡稳定性高,可以大大增强混凝土的耐久性能,降低了混凝土坍塌度损失,同时该混凝土减水剂的制备方法成本较低,适用范围比较广,制备材料获取较为容易,具备一定的市场前景,可大面积推广使用。
