The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding montmorillonite into a stearyl trimethyl ammonium chloride solution, adding zinc chloride, adjusting the pH value, carrying out a stirring reaction, calcining the obtained product to obtain pretreated montmorillonite, adding the pretreated montmorillonite, aluminum nitrate and magnesium nitrate into water, adding sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate, and carrying out a stirring reaction to obtain first modified montmorillonite; adding the montmorillonite into water, uniformly dispersing, adding a surfactant, adjusting the pH value, stirring to obtain second modified montmorillonite, adding the second modified montmorillonite and allyl polyoxyethylene ether into concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring for reaction, adding a product, sodium methallyl sulfonate, methacrylic acid and hydroquinone into water to obtain a solution A, adding an initiator into water to obtain a solution B, and stirring for reaction to obtain a finished product. Respectively dropwise adding the solution A and the solution B into water, keeping the temperature, adjusting the pH value, collecting a product, and adding nano-hydroxyapatite into the product, so as to obtain the composite material.
