Cement-based material with water purification function as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a cement-based material with a water purification function and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of a porous carrier: purifying deposited sludge, fly ash, ferroferric oxide, attapulgite and sodium bicarbonate, adding water to obtain spherical particles, and conducting drying and roasting to obtain a porous carrier; (2) preparation of the cement-based material: culturing pseudomonas aeruginosa, bacillus thuringiensis and arthrobacter, adding an efficient transforming agent, conducting drying and mixing to obtain a complex microbial inoculant, mixing the complex microbial inoculant with the porous carrier, and adding cement, sand and water to prepare the cement-based material. Compared with a traditional method of adding multiple agents, the method has the advantages that organic matters are degraded and multi-metal ions are removed through the cement-based material of a sewage treatment tank, and the complex microbial inoculant can decompose organic matters into carbon dioxide and water, accelerate the hydration reaction of the carbon dioxide and formation of mineral deposit through the carbon dioxide and the multi-metal ions, and simultaneously remediating multiple pollutants; and remediation effect is better, and a process is convenient.
本发明公开了一种具有净水功能的水泥基材料及其制备方法和应用，包括以下步骤：(1)制备多孔载体：净化沉积淤泥、粉煤灰、四氧化三铁、凹凸棒土、碳酸氢钠，加水，得到球形颗粒；干燥，焙烧，制得多孔载体；(2)制备水泥基材料：取铜绿假单胞菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、节杆菌培养，加入高效转化剂，干燥，混合得到复合菌剂；将复合菌剂与多孔载体拌合，加入水泥、砂、水，制得水泥基材料。本发明通过与传统的添加多种药剂方法相比，通过污水处理池的水泥基材料降解有机物、去除多金属离子，复合菌剂可将有机物分解为二氧化碳和水，并加速二氧化碳水合反应与多金属离子形成矿物沉积，实现多污染物的同时修复，修复效果更好、工艺便捷。
