The invention discloses a rapid building supporting device and an assembly method. The assembly method comprises the steps of material preparation and site pretreatment, including prefabrication of a plurality of vertical members, a plurality of horizontal members and a plurality of supporting members, and foundation construction of a building foundation; hoisting an initial frame of the supporting device and hoisting a supporting component to the upper end face of the horizontal component; the lower end of the supporting component is fixedly connected with the horizontal component, the peripheral side of the supporting component is fixedly connected with the vertical component in an abutting mode, the horizontal component is used as a building floor, and assembling of the supporting device is completed, the components are synchronously prefabricated, a building foundation is synchronously constructed in advance, and finally the prefabricated components are assembled on the building foundation. The problems that an existing assembly type building structure and construction procedures are low in assembly rate and long in construction period are solved.
本发明公开了一种快速建造建筑支撑装置及装配方法,材料准备及场地的预处理,包括若干竖向构件、若干水平构件以及若干支撑构件的预制加工,及对建筑地基的基础施工;吊装支撑装置的初始框架以及吊装支撑构件至水平构件上端面;支撑构件的下端与水平构件连接固定,支撑构件的周侧与竖向构件抵接固定,水平构件用作建筑楼板,完成对支撑装置的装配,其中,通过对构件进行同步预制,以及对建筑地基的预先同步建造,最后将预制构件在建筑地基上进行装配,解决了现有的装配式建筑结构及施工工序装配率低、以及施工周期长的问题。
